Coaching works because it brings out your best.
I believe you can create your own best answers,
and I am trained to enable you to do this. Coaching
can be viewed as a four-step process:
Step 1: Assess Where You
Are Right Now
You will complete personalized assessments to
determine where you are right now. We will also
do an initial consultation so I can get to know
your needs, values, and motivations.
Step 2: Determine Your Focus
From your assessments and our discussion, you
will identify more than one goal. You will select
the most important one for you, to begin our work
together. After a goal is reached, you will select
the next priority for our focus.
Step 3: Design a Plan of
Action
Together we will map out specific action steps
that will work for you. Along the path, you will
encounter challenges that we will address during
each session.
Step 4: Move Forward
You will take positive action, try on new ways
of "being," and gradually achieve your
goals. I will help keep you motivated and excited
as you learn and grow.
